If you are experiencing or witnessing workplace misconduct, theft, or fraud you can use this platform to report it. This private, confidential channel allows you to make a report in a secure and anonymous manner if you wish. You can fill out the form below to report the misconduct.

RTI takes all concerns expressed seriously and will undertake a review. Please note that, depending on inquiry volume and/or complexity of the matter, it may take 2 to 3 business days for an initial assessment. If it is determined further investigation is required, it may take several weeks, again depending on the complexity of the matter. If a substantive response is requested, we will make our best effort to respond as soon as practicable.

If you decide to submit the report anonymously, Ethics Suite will not take any steps to identify you or provide your identity to your employer.

Please make a note of the unique PIN number you receive after successfully submitting your report. This PIN is required to access the Ethics Suite portal to check the status of your initial submission, provide additional information, or communicate anonymously with those reviewing your submission. PIN numbers cannot be retrieved or regenerated.

Although you have chosen to remain anonymous, you can still receive email alerts when your organization posts updates or follow-up questions, if you provide an email address. Ethics Suite will not share your identity or email address with your organization.
