We asked industry and legal experts to talk about the shocking volume of EEOC lawsuits involving allegations of harassment and discrimination in our country’s restaurants. We discussed appropriate internal remediation and discipline in response to these types of allegations, and most importantly, preventative actions for organizations in any industry, including implementing a whistleblower hotline for employees to report incidents.
